In the PEO relationship, teligentHR assumes certain employer responsibilities, such as employee wages and taxes, workers' compensation & unemployment insurances, and select employee benefits (all as determined by the client). teligentHR becomes the employer of record for the client’s employees placing the employees under the teligentHR Tax ID number. The PEO client has all traditional employer responsibilities such as day-to-day employee management, supervision, etc.

ASO:

Our full service Administrative Servicing Option (ASO) solution enables you to cost-effectively outsource the management of human resources, employee benefits, payroll, and workers’ compensation.  A company operating as an ASO client receives all the same services from teligentHR as a PEO client including employees wage and tax filings, workers’ compensation & unemployment insurances, and numerous other services. The only difference is that the client remains the employer of record and their employees remain under their Tax ID number.
